Yes. We coordinate with the marina on access and haul-out. If the marina is the one clearing the boat, they'll usually handle their own paperwork for it.
Does the state remove derelict boats on the Texas coast?
The Texas General Land Office has authority to remove derelict vessels in coastal waters and periodically runs vessel turn-in events. Those programs run on the state's schedule and budget. If you need a boat gone on your timeline, a private removal is the faster route.
